Payment
Payment is due at the beginning of the contract. The payment deadline is 30 days.

Termination and Revocation
Termination of the subscription is possible at any time by email, with the termination taking effect at the end of the month.
Example: If the cancellation is received on June 1st, it will be effective at the end of June.
Example: If the cancellation is received on June 29th, it will also be effective at the end of June.
Liability for Damage
The customer is liable for any damages caused to collection bags or recycling bins. Eco House Recycling GmbH is liable for delivery damages or service outages.
Ownership
After the collection of the Eco collection bags, ownership transfers to Eco House Recycling GmbH. We ensure proper recycling.
Final Provisions
Only Swiss law applies to the contractual relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
